Ground floor house extension
This property had everything apart from a functional kitchen and dining area, we were approached by the homeowner to design a plan for a kitchen/diner extension.
Planning approval was approved in May 2014 to form a large kitchen and dining area which gave this desirable property a kitchen area it drastically needed.

First floor home extension
This much loved family home was soon outgrown and needed an additional bedroom. The homeowner hired us to create plans for a 1st floor extension above an existing garage.
Planning Permission was approved in November 2013 to form a new double bedroom and en-suite, giving the homeowners the additional space they required.

Loft conversion
The existing bungalow had great potential based on its location and gardens, but offered little family space.
That potential was soon realised when planning permission was granted in September 2014 to form two new double bedrooms and a bathroom via a loft conversion. Although space in the existing loft was restricted, the use of modern building materials meant that head space could be maximised.

New build home
This property had 400m2 of unused land that was left to ruin. To realise the potential revenue in this unused land, the landowner requested that we design plans for a new build house to gain planning permission prior to sale.
Planning permission was granted in February 2015 to form a 3 bedroom dwelling in the curtilage of the homeowners land, fetching an overall profit of £80,000.
